In an effort to create convenient options for nursing Moms we now offer a ready to brew half-gallon option. Brew and store in refrigerator to chill and drink on demand.

Holistic Approach to Breastfeeding Guide.

Helping with health benefits choose spring or filtered water over tap.
Fill the included muslin bag with the ingredients that is included.
Bring 8-10 cups of water to boiling and take off heat source.
Steep in glass (not plastic) for 15-20 minutes. Try to use a stronger glass such as a mason jar to reduce the chance of the glass cracking due to extreme heat.

If you prefer it chilled, fill a separate pitcher with ice after the jar has steeped for 15-20 minutes. Then remove the muslin bag, discard of the ingredients and transfer the brew to the pitcher with the ice.
